BOOKING A MEDIATION

Mediations are assumed to be via Zoom unless otherwise requested by the parties in the Booking Form. In-person mediations may occur at one of the lawyers' offices, a court reporter’s office, or other agreed-upon location.
-
Mediations occur in half-day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) sessions.
-
Half-day mediations typically start at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. If you require an alternative start time, please indicate that in your Booking Form.
-
Generally, full day mediations occur from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but can begin at any time agreed upon by the parties. Additional time is available upon request.
-
Saturday mediations between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm are available by special request. Please send this request to david@angleylawandmediation.com for information and availability.
-
Complex matters often benefit from having a full day to mediate. It permits the parties sufficient opportunity and time to work through the issues, to conduct meaningful negotiations, and maximizes the potential for resolution. Contact David if you would like to discuss reserving a full day mediation.
